Included in Pricing
  • 14-hour exclusive use of the property starting at 9am, including an additional hour for cleanup

  • Choice of ceremony location on property, outdoors by creek or in Chapel

  • Use of square arbor or rounded arbor for outdoor wedding

  • 25 72” round tables with white crossback chairs for reception

  • Multiple 6' and 8’ rectangular tables, as needed

  • 45-minute rehearsal on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning

  • Private getting-ready bride and groom suites

  • Onsite parking

  • Catering workspace

  • Onsite venue manager

  • One 2-hour session with your photographer for bridals or engagements; based on availability and scheduled in advance

  • Various artificial floral arrangements and garlands for use

  • Various decor items for use

  • In-house PA system

  • Wi-fi enabled

  • Ivory or white tablecloths for use (only charge is cleaning fee)

  • Additional rental hours available

  • Insurance is required for caterer and bartender.

  • All events require a security officer - 1 officer per every 100 guests.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve your date. There is a 5% discount if paid in full in advance, and there is a 3% discount if paying in cash. Discounts cannot be combined.

  • Event coordinator is required for all events (see preferred vendors list).
