14-hour exclusive use of the property starting at 9am, including an additional hour for cleanup
Choice of ceremony location on property, outdoors by creek or in chapel
Use of square arbor or rounded arbor for creek side wedding; wooden cross available for either creek side or chapel wedding
25 72” round tables with white cross-back chairs for reception
Ivory, white, or black tablecloths for use (cleaning fee applies)
Multiple 6' and 8’ rectangular tables, as needed
1-hour rehearsal on evening before a one-day rental.

One 2-hour session with your photographer for bridals or engagements; based on availability and scheduled in advance

Insurance is required for caterer and bartender.
All events where alcohol is served require a security officer - 1 officer per every 100 guests.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve your date. There is a 5% discount if paid in full in advance.
Credit cards are accepted and a 3% fee will be added to cover our cost.
Event coordinator is required for all events (see preferred vendors list).
