All Moon Shadow Haven Venue Rentals Include:

 

• Use of the Bridal and Groom’s Suites for the entire rental period

• Choice of our Chapel or Creekside ceremony sites (creekside site adds extra fee of $2/chair for cleaning, setup, and take down)

• Use of our limo golf cart with driver for ceremony, photos, and send-off

• Choice of square, rounded, triangle arbor or a cross for your ceremony

• Use of our Honeymoon Suite during your venue rental period

• Onsite venue manager

• One 2 hour session with your photographer for engagement photos or bridal portraits, based on availability a scheduled 60 days in advance

• Option to book onsite lodging for up to 28 guests

• Option to arrange transfers for guests to and from Kerrville hotels and nearby AirBNBs

• Use of 72” round tables, cocktail tables, and various rectangle tables

• Use of white, ivory, or black tablecloths (cleaning fee of $10 tablecloth will apply)

• Full access to property during allotted time: 17 acres full of trees, 1,760 feet of frontage on Johnson Creek, multiple sites for photo opportunities

• Use of various decor items (signage, chargers, vases, candle sticks, votive candle holders, table numbers, artificial flowers, photo props, etc), based on availability

 

WEEKEND Venue Rental 

On Friday, complete your decorating, hold your rehearsal and host your rehearsal dinner onsite. On Saturday have the wedding of your dreams, and then remove all your items on Sunday morning.  Less stressful and more time to spend with your friends and family!

 

• Use of Chapel and Reception Lodge 

  • Friday: 9 am to 11 pm

  • Saturday: 9 am to 12 am (reception ends at 11 pm; everyone out by 12 am)

  • Sunday: 9 am to 12 pm

• 45 minute rehearsal Friday evening or Saturday morning

• Option to host rehearsal dinner onsite

• Use of photo booth and backdrop during your entire weekend

• Use of fog machine during your first dance for “Dancing on the Clouds”

 

Multi-day Venue Rental  

 

• Use of Chapel and Reception Lodge

  • First day (for multi-day): 9 am to 11 pm

  • Ceremony day: 9 am to 12 am (reception ends at 11 pm; everyone out by 12 am)

• 45 minute rehearsal on the evening of the first day or morning of the ceremony day

• Option of host rehearsal dinner onsite

• Use of photo booth, backdrop and fog machine

 

Single Day Venue Rental

• Use of Chapel and Reception Lodge from 9 am to 12 am (reception ends at 11 pm; everyone out by 12 am)

• 45 minute rehearsal prior to event based on availability and scheduled 60 days in advance

• Option to rent photo booth, backdrop and fog machine for $500
